QA Build, a GemLife subsidiary, is seeking a motivated Construction Landscaper for full‑time, onsite work across Moreton Bay and Elimbah. In this hands‑on role you’ll deliver hard and soft landscaping on quality projects, operate excavators and skid steers, and assist with earthworks, drainage, paving and planting while keeping sites safe. Travel between Moreton Bay and Elimbah is required. You need a Construction White Card; a Certificate III is desirable. Are you an experienced Construction Landscaper looking for your next challenge?

We are expanding and seeking motivated, safety-focused Landscapers to join our Moreton Bay regional team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work on high-quality landscape construction projects, take pride in delivering outstanding finishes, and be part of a supportive, high-performing team. No two days are the same, and you’ll be involved in a wide variety of landscape works across a major lifestyle development.

Duties may include:

• Undertake softscape and hardscape landscaping works
• Operate plant and equipment including excavators and skid steers
• Perform landscape construction tasks such as earthworks, drainage, irrigation, paving, and planting
• You will be required to travel between our Moreton Bay & Elimbah sites
• Maintaining clean, safe, and well-organised garden areas, pathways, and common spaces
• Working closely with the site team to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard
• Ensure all works are completed safely, to specification, and in accordance with industry standards
• Carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance of machinery and tools
• Assisting with identifying and resolving site issues including drainage, soil conditions, and plant health
• Recording daily activities and reporting progress to the Site Manager or Supervisor

About You

You will be a motivated and reliable landscaper with experience across both hard and soft landscaping works and a genuine passion for the industry.

Experience & Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Parks and Gardens, or Horticulture (desirable)
• Construction White Card (mandatory)
• Relevant plant operator certifications (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in landscape construction or a similar trade
• Experience working on civil, residential, public, and/or commercial landscape projects (highly regarded)

Skills & Attributes

• Valid Australian driver’s licence (manual required; HR licence preferred)
• Strong understanding of landscape construction, including drainage, earthworks, and paving
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of public and/or commercial landscapes
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to varying site conditions
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Demonstrated commitment to WH&S and maintaining a safe work environment
