Finger Lakes Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager - Facilities to lead planning, coordination and oversight of facility construction, renovation, infrastructure and capital improvement projects across the health system. From concept to completion you will manage scope, budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication and project documentation, collaborating with organizational leaders, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies to deliver safe, efficient, on time and on budget projects with minimal disruption to patient care. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management or related field and at least five years of progressive PM experience; healthcare experience preferred; NYS driver’s license. QualificationsEducation
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred: Additional training in building design and construction
Experience
Minimum: Five (5) years of progressively responsible project management experience involving construction, renovation, facilities, or capital improvement projects required.
Preferred: Healthcare construction or healthcare facilities management experience
Licenses/Certification
License: Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
