We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Content Ecosystem Operation Manager to join our TikTok LIVE MENA team. In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing content strategies for agency partners across overseas live streaming markets. You will play a key role in identifying content trends, improving live content quality, scaling successful content frameworks, and enabling agencies to strengthen their live streaming capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who understands the live streaming ecosystem, has strong content strategy instincts, and is passionate about driving growth through localized, data-informed content operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for in-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth.
- Drive initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement from the perspective of the content operation based on the global and regional strategies.
- Work with T&S and other functions to help inform/jointly develop community safety strategies and monitor safety risks in the content community.
- Monitor in-app short video content, position content style problems and cooperate with Algo, PM and T&S to collaborate on solutions.
- Observe local/international real-time events with emergency preparedness capacities.
