You will own content strategies to drive awareness, engagement and conversion, scale production across agencies and creators, create copy and video, and use data and AI to improve SEO, CRO and overall content effectiveness. You’ll manage budgets, partner with Digital, and own social performance from planning to optimisation. The ideal candidate has a marketing degree, strong end-to-end content production, project management and stakeholder influence; highlight CX and lifecycle work with measurable outcomes in your application, and include links to a portfolio. We’re seeking a Content Manager to that will be responsible for strengthening Selleys’ voice with both professional and consumer audiences. The Content Manager will lead the planning, production, and optimisation of high-quality, audience-led content at scale. This role will significantly ramp up Selleys’ content output to ensure meaningful engagement across DIY and Trade journeys, connecting brand, product, and application storytelling across all touchpoints while delivering efficiently through strong processes, partners, and hands-on creation.
