You’ll lead local video and film production for France, guiding vehicle showcases, test-drive footage, and other localized XPENG content with support from external production teams. The role covers creative direction across shoots, selection of formats, and shepherding post-production workflows to ensure assets align with the brand’s premium AI/tech identity, while keeping the local DAM organized and accessible.

Day to day, you’ll manage the ongoing relationship with XPENG’s social media agency, steering calendars, local asset delivery, and community guidelines. You’ll stay ahead of social trends and formats, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and translate those capabilities into compelling automotive content for the French audience. Additionally, you’ll oversee e-reputation monitoring and listen across automotive forums, EV user groups, Reddit threads, and other external communities to gauge sentiment and inform local messaging. You’ll also drive CRM efforts, including EDM campaigns, dormant-user reactivation, and communications for the app community and launches.
