Green by Nature is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the Contract Administration and support team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave until early January 2026, based at the Henderson depot. This role combines customer service, data entry, asset and subcontractor management, monthly reporting and invoicing, and high level support to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, communicate clearly in writing and speech, and demonstrate financial experience with purchase orders and invoicing while mastering Excel, Word and Outlook. About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Contracts Administrator/Support who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment and is focused on delivering exceptional business support. Based within our depot in Henderson, this is a key role within our team and carries a significant amount of responsibility and we seek interest from highly motivated individuals who enjoy a challenge and take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service both internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Data Entry: Accurately recording project and job-related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completion
• Asset Management: Overseeing and updating the asset management system
• Subcontractors: Maintaining subcontractor databases, prioritising and allocating workloads
• Monthly Reports: Analysing data and preparing monthly reports for management and customers
• Accounts: Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, invoices, and work orders
• Management Support: Providing high-level support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and their teams

What we're looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar industry. Other attributes include:

• The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as excellent report writing skills
• Experience in financial management and proficient in tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and handling monthly billing procedures
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs, Excel, Word, Outlook and demonstrated expertise in data entry

Most importantly, we're looking for a self-motivated team player who takes initiative, effectively manages their time across tasks, and consistently meets deadlines with minimal supervision. A strong commitment to going above and beyond is essential!
