Green by Nature is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join the Contract Administration and support team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave until early January 2026, based at the Henderson depot. This role combines customer service, data entry, asset and subcontractor management, monthly reporting and invoicing, and high level support to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, communicate clearly in writing and speech, and demonstrate financial experience with purchase orders and invoicing while mastering Excel, Word and Outlook.
