Green by Nature is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our team at our Henderson depot. This role plays a key part in keeping our operational teams and contractors running smoothly, supporting essential services across buildings, maintenance, open spaces and cleaning teams.

About the role:

In this varied and people-focused role, you’ll act as a central point of coordination between contractors and internal teams. Your day will include:

  • Liaising with contractors and internal stakeholders to support operational delivery
  • Processing estimates and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules across multiple service streams
  • Using email, phone calls, Word and Excel to keep information up to date and well organised

About you:

You’ll be someone who enjoys juggling tasks, communicating with a wide range of people, and keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and email systems
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • The ability to manage schedules, priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
