The Opportunity

Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team. With your expertise, you will provide administrative support to construction projects, working with the delivery team to ensure key milestones are met.

As a highly organised professional, you will prepare management reports, compile job site packages for field crew, maintain various databases in a timely manner and process timesheets for field crew members. You will also contribute to the day-to-day management of the office, including coordinating catering, monitoring and replenishing stock supplies, and ensuring the workplace operates efficiently and smoothly.

You’ll be a further supported by a great team of people including the Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and Field Crew.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or related industry
  • The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
