About the Role


As the Contractor Management Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise contractor activities
from project commencement through to completion and handover. You will ensure all work
complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and agreed project timelines while delivering a
seamless experience for stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


• Manage contractor-led maintenance and improvement projects.
• Monitor contractor performance against timelines, quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee all pre-occupancy works and property readiness activities.
• Conduct inspections and resolve defects before handover.
• Manage permits for high-risk work activities and ensure compliance.
• Maintain communication with contractors, tenants, property teams and stakeholders.
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Facilities Maintenance Work Orders (FMWs) and project
documentation.
 

Qualifications

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising contractors and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, compliance and quality assurance requirements.
• Experience managing high-risk work activities and permit-to-work processes.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive contractor accountability.
