The role covers RFP issuance, prequalification, tender governance, contract closeout, and handling variation claims, extension of time requests, RFIs, and final accounts, with client facing support and concise PowerPoint presentations to senior management. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in procurement contracts or construction project management, a degree in engineering or construction, and PM qualifications (RICS preferred), plus advanced MS Office, strong communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
