In this role, the Controller will be responsible for producing accurate and timely monthly financial statements for multiple sites, coordinating with external auditors on year-end requests and inquiries, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts. The Controller will also partner with general managers to drive operational and financial performance, track key performance indicators and recommend margin and cost improvements, oversee management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis, and provide financial support to multiple sites within the region.

The ideal candidate will bring multiple years of experience supporting several locations within a comparable route-based service organization, along with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. The Controller will also demonstrate strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as experience with intercompany transactions.
