Isar Aerospace is seeking a Controls & Automation Engineer to build and maintain test benches and launch sites for subcomponent testing and launches, develop and commission Beckhoff PLCs with TwinCAT 3, and provide full lifecycle support from commissioning to troubleshooting and upgrades. Ideal candidates hold a degree in electrical engineering or automation and have 2+ years in automation and PLC technology, hands-on programming of soft PLCs, and commissioning experience, preferably with Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 or CODESYS, plus solid knowledge of industrial fieldbus and electrical schematics. Strong organization, a proactive mindset, and fluent English are essential; bonuses for sensor knowledge or functional safety.
