You’ll prepare production meals for the care centre and short‑order café dishes, while keeping the kitchen audit‑ready under Summerset’s Food Control Plan and collaborating with care teams to deliver nutritious, high‑quality meals. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and can work flexibly across rosters, including weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates have prior cooking experience, preferably in healthcare or residential care, and solid food safety knowledge; Safe Food Handling certification is a plus.
