Summary

The School of Health Professions is seeking a Coordinator, Program Management in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program – Nurse Anesthesia.

This position may involve working weekends and evenings based on program needs.

Job Duties

  • Assists with the student recruitment and interview process, including scheduling interviews.
  • Assists with onboarding new students.
  • Receives and responds to all requests for information regarding the program.
  • Schedules or coordinates lectures, evaluations, meetings, ceremonies, events, classroom reservations, and academic calendar, proctors exams.
  • Establishes and maintains student records.
  • Creates, monitors, and tracks documentation of training and educational activities; may assist with grade or evaluation submission.
  • Participates in planning and developing methods for program implementation and administration.
  • May assist with program accreditation.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
