An experienced facilities management leader is sought to join Auckland Council as Corporate Facilities Manager for the South Region, overseeing corporate offices and a critical 24/7 operational facility. You will lead the delivery of facilities management services, asset maintenance programmes, contractor performance, compliance obligations, and asset planning activities, ensuring assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle. Working across a complex stakeholder environment, you will collaborate with operational teams, contractors, consultants, local boards, mana whenua, and senior leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes for Aucklanders.
This role is highly operational in nature and requires a Monday to Friday site presence across the portfolio , including participation in after-hours response and support for critical operational incidents when required.
