McAsphalt is seeking a Corporate HR Business Partner to support Corporate Services in Scarborough, partnering with senior leaders to translate HR strategy into practical solutions across talent, development, and change initiatives. You’ll own workforce and capability planning, performance reviews, succession, IDPs, leadership coaching, and change management to foster a culture of pioneering, commitment, respect and sharing. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience, strong executive-facing partnership skills, a background in talent/OD or L&D, bilingual French/English preferred, CHRP/CHRL preferred. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this role partners directly with Corporate Services leaders and their teams to drive talent, capability, and organisational effectiveness in a way that reflects McAsphalt’s values of pioneering, commitment, respect, and sharing.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and people managers, translating enterprise HR strategy into practical solutions that strengthen leadership capability, employee performance, and team effectiveness while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and mutual respect.
