Visa is hiring an experienced Counsel for a full-time onsite role in Toronto with a hybrid arrangement. You will advise on advertising materials, procurement contracts, Visa products and services, and documentation for client relationships, oversee trademark matters, and draft and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and statements of work. You will provide contract interpretation, review external communications, support client forums, and ensure regulatory compliance with the Bank of Canada and FCAC. Ideal candidates have 8+ years with a BA or 5+ with an advanced degree, and preferably a JD licensed in Ontario.
