Identify growth opportunities and lead execution of local marketing and go-to-market strategies. Own revenue, acquisition, and retention targets, using data-driven insights to continuously refine performance.

5. Localise the product for the UK market

Work closely with product, technology, and customer teams to adapt BJAK’s solutions to the UK market. Ensure alignment with FCA regulatory requirements, customer behaviour, and local market nuances.
