As a Crew Leadership Manager, you will focus on leading, coaching and developing our Cabin Crew team to be the best in the industry. As a leader of leaders, this role manages cabin standards and drives a positive performance culture by developing and supporting a high performing team equipped to develop and maintain an engaged Cabin Crew workforce.
The role will lead face to face communication with our crew, drive development and leadership and coach the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators and to build and inspire a strong cabin crew leadership culture. Additionally, your role will work with stakeholders across the business in developing and implementing projects, working cross functionally across multiple areas and owning portfolios that support and improve operational efficiency.
You will also be required to work shift hours and participate in an on-call roster to ensure visibility of leadership during peak times when our crew are in base and provide support while up-line.
