Assure Programs, part of the APM Group, seeks a full-time EAP Clinician in Brisbane to deliver holistic, client-centred workplace mental health support with a focus on Psychological First Aid and trauma-informed counselling for critical incidents and ongoing needs. The role requires qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling with current registration, and ideally experience in workplace interventions, onsite and virtual delivery, and solid clinical note taking. What we need from you:

• Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling with current registration
• Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching 
• Understanding of and ability to provide Psychological First Aid and trauma informed supportive counselling to employees  as this is a Critical Incident role
• Be proactive and engaging with organisational customers (onsite contact, manager or HR) and employees
• Ability to provide support both virtually and onsite at varied customer locations
• Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients
