Responsibilities:

  • Support multi‑asset trade execution and electronic order flow monitoring.
  • Assist with systematic portfolio construction, execution workflows, and connectivity checks.
  • Perform daily system checks, validate portfolio data, and help manage corporate actions.
  • Troubleshoot trading and portfolio system issues, escalating when needed.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, technology teams, and brokers across US/EU regions.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in trading operations, electronic execution, or a similar market‑facing role.
  • Basic understanding of the order lifecycle and interest in deepening execution knowledge.
  • Experience with Python or another programming language.
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort working with data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working on small, collaborative teams.
  • Exposure to market microstructure or execution algorithms preferred.
  • Experience with Linux preferred.
  • Some experience or exposure to Fixed Income, Options, TBA, CDX, or Inflation/Rates trading preferred.
