About the role

BT Group is delivering a high-profile Culture & Inclusion programme to embed the ‘We Are BT’ behaviours and inclusion into everyday ways of working. With strong senior sponsorship and organisation-wide impact, the programme is now focused on driving consistent adoption across the business while supporting an evolving Inclusion compliance and regulatory agenda.

 

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to bring structure, governance, and delivery discipline to this transformation. You'll ensure plans are on track, risks are managed, progress is visible, and stakeholders remain aligned and informed.

 

You'll also coordinate Inclusion-related compliance activities, ensuring actions are tracked, evidence is audit-ready, and governance standards are maintained. Alongside this, you'll support the rollout of behaviour initiatives, drive programme reporting and insights, and help deliver sustainable culture change at scale.

What you’ll be doing

•Coordinate Inclusion-related compliance and regulatory activities, ensuring robust governance, clear audit trails, and audit-ready documentation.
•Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across the Culture & Inclusion portfolio, managing milestones, dependencies, and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
•Lead programme governance and delivery rhythms, ensuring actions are tracked, ownership is clear, and stakeholders remain aligned and informed.
•Manage programme risks, issues, actions, and decisions, ensuring appropriate mitigations are in place and delivery remains on track.
•Produce high-quality reporting, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
•Build strong relationships across business units and central teams, driving collaboration and resolving issues to support programme success.
•Support the financial and operational management of the programme, including supplier coordination, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery tracking.

Essential Skills / Experience

•Strong project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments 
•Proven ability to manage plans, dependencies, risks and governance at pace 
•Confident stakeholder engagement and ability to drive accountability 

Desirable Skills / Experience

•Excellent organisation and attention to detail with strong follow-through 
•Experience operating in large, matrixed organisations 
•Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven delivery  
•Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery approaches  
•Experience in culture change, organisational development or HR programmes
