About the Role

As a Custodian, your purpose is to ensure our base facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest possible standards. This is a hands-on role involving physical work in an alpine environment, suited to someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and team mindset.

This role commences June 4th and operates across both day and night shifts to ensure full cleaning of facilities after guest departure.

Roster Indicator: Generally consecutive shifts (2 day, 2 night) followed by 3 days off. The third day off is considered a ‘flex’ day – so we can always cover shifts if the daily operation or team requires.

This shift pattern can vary in school holidays/as the operational need arises to 5 shifts on and 2 days off. Day shifts 8:30am – 5pm / Night shifts 4:00pm – 12:00am (please allow 45min of travel commute time either side of shifts)

The mixed roster has its advantage for those wanting to go riding and enjoy the mountain during the day before night shifts. The Custodian team have some of the highest lift lap stats of any staff!
