The Warehouse Group is seeking a Fixed Term Customer Care Specialist NLG for Noel Leeming, on-site in Auckland, 40 hours per week, 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday, until May 23 2026. You’ll handle inbound online shopping inquiries across live chat, phone and email, using your problem solving to resolve issues and deliver stellar service in line with TWG’s values Whakaarohia te Kaiutu, Mahi I ngā mahi pai, Kia haepapa. The ideal candidate brings exceptional customer service, clear written and spoken communication, empathy and resilience, and solid computer skills, with comfort across multichannel support and a positive, adaptable mindset. We can promise that no two days will be the same, you will handle a variety of incoming customer enquiries (mainly regarding online shopping) where you will be responsible for using your problem solving hat to get to get the answers our customers need!
This contact centre role differs from most because we utilise the latest live, online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and e-mail support. Regardless of the channel, you will need to connect with people from all walks of life and find solutions to resolve their enquiry.
