Indigo is hiring a permanent, full‑time Customer Experience Representative in Nepean for onsite work with a flexible schedule. The role requires varied availability, including at least 3 days starting at 6 am, one full weekend day, and closing at least one other evening weekly; training starts in operations before moving into a cross‑functional mix of operations, sales and cash. You’ll create a warm, story‑driven shopping environment, handle inventory and merchandising, and uphold health and safety. Ideal candidates have retail experience or strong customer focus, adaptability, and can lift up to 40 pounds. Bilingualism is required in Québec; elsewhere it’s a plus. Tips: highlight early‑morning and weekend reliability, willingness to learn across store functions, and concrete examples of adding joy to customer interactions and aligning with Indigo’s beliefs.
This is a permanent role and requires ongoing varied availability, including at least 3 days of 6 a.m. availability, as well as a mix of days/evening/weekends. You must be available for at least 1 full weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) and able to close at least 1 other day each week (9:30pm closes).
Successful candidates will be trained initially on operations (the 6am shift) and moved to a cross-functional role, including operations/sales/cash, once they are comfortable in the operations role.
