Description

  • Provide a professional, welcoming, and responsive experience for customers and visitors as the first point of contact.
  • Manage customer enquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with customer visits, meetings, and events as required.
  • Support the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist with operational reporting, revenue tracking, and administrative reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support the smooth delivery of training operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Leadership team and wider business.
  • Coordinate office supplies and general facility requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other administrative activities.
  • Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the training centre.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using business systems and databases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in aviation or training operations.
