You’ll conduct quality assurance on solution designs and proposals, act as the SME on telecoms and related services, and drive process improvements to keep onboarding on time and within policy. Bring 2-3 years in telecom operations or technical support, a solid grasp of enterprise networks, and a track record of cross-functional delivery. Your opportunity:
We’re seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for Enterprise, Government and Wholesale customers. You’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, from validating solutions and preparing contracts through to order management and service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Legal and Operations, you’ll act as the key point of contact for customers, providing updates and driving a positive experience from day one. You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
