Octopus Electroverse is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Wellington to be the voice of the brand across email and online chat, owning sign ups, card requests, app feedback and broader customer queries while helping shape operational processes. This full time role (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) offers onsite work with up to two remote days and a chance to grow with a fast moving EV platform. The right candidate writes clearly with adaptable tone, stays organized while tackling new tasks, isn’t afraid to get technical and pull data from the admin portal, and has a genuine interest in EVs. We’re looking for a Customer Specialist to join our operations team and delight our customers as we grow Electroverse. You’ll speak to our customers over email and online chat, and get stuck in with operational processes.
This is a full-time role based in our Wellington office, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week. Standard hours are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.
