Great Bear, part of Culina Group, is hiring a full time Customer Service Administrator in Desborough to support day to day operations, offering £26,500 to £28,500 and Monday to Friday hours starting 8 to 10 am and finishing 4 to 6 pm. You will resolve customer queries, create reports, chase orders, manage order audits, plan parcel traffic and export collections with hauliers, and maintain SAP stock accuracy while liaising with Shift Managers and Transport Coordinators. The ideal candidate communicates well, is proficient in MS Office and WMS, stays organized under pressure, and adapts for peak periods; knowledge of warehousing or transport software is a plus, with full training provided. Due to continued growth and new customer contracts, our Desborough site are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time permanent basis.
Salary: £26,500- £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, starting between 8am and 10am, finishing between 4pm and 6pm.
As a Customer Service Administrator, it is your responsibility to support the day to day administration of the Customer Services operation. You will offer outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced friendly environment and provide a continuous professional and dedicated service.
