Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a Customer Service Administrator in Desborough on a 9-12 month fixed term basis. You will support day to day customer service operations, produce service and export reports, chase orders, check daily audits, plan parcel traffic, coordinate export collections with hauliers, manage special deliveries and keep the SAP stock system accurate in a fast paced, team oriented environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication, solid MS Office and WMS familiarity, excellent organisational skills, and flexibility to meet peak demands. Training is provided; hours Mon-Fri 8-10 start and 4-6 finish, salary £26.5k-£28.5k plus benefits. Due to continued growth and new customer contracts, our Desborough site are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team on a 9-12 month fixed term basis.
Salary: £26,500- £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, starting between 8am and 10am, finishing between 4pm and 6pm.
As a Customer Service Administrator, it is your responsibility to support the day to day administration of the Customer Services operation. You will offer outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced friendly environment and provide a continuous professional and dedicated service.
