The role delivers top-tier service via calls, chats, and emails, meets SLAs, upholds luxury standards, resolves issues quickly, and surfaces feedback to senior teams to fuel growth. Ideal candidates bring passion for exceptional service, luxury-brand experience, strong communication, fluency in English and French, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in the Dubai Internet City office; technical proficiency; call center experience is a plus.
