Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will liaise with customers to plan and implement services, schedule appointments, manage busy inboxes, provide administrative support to consultant practitioners, and offer information and advice to customers or prospective customers, with additional duties including reception, dictation, invoicing and broader team support. To succeed, demonstrate excellent customer service, strong verbal and written communication, the ability to work independently and in a team, a friendly proactive approach, solid prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, and MS Office proficiency.
