Bullivants is seeking a permanent full time Customer Service Officer based in our Sydney Eastern Creek branch, to support the sales team across phone, email and in-branch enquiries while helping customers and growing the business. You will answer enquiries, build relationships, process orders and quotes, and provide product information with timely follow-through and opportunities to cross-sell. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work. Key requirements include experience in sales or customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, strong Excel and Word skills, and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team with a safety minded mindset. Lifting or rigging experience is welcome but not essential.
