In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team providing portfolio-wide oversight and direction to ensure work across the Coordinator General Division is aligned with strategic priorities and financially sustainable. You’ll be involved in developing systems and processes which enable consistency in project and program delivery, reporting, and governance across the portfolio.
The position will see you support the integration of project schedules and budgets, assist with program forecasting and reporting, coordinate tools and templates, and contribute to benefits realisation, risk, issue and change control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
This work is in a Division responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the transport network every hour of every day. Success will require clear communication, proactivity, and attention to detail.

About you
You understand the relationship between project management processes and financial performance. Your knowledge of project management principles, and appreciation of the value of good governance, will see you seek, evaluate, and report on project and program information, to inform effective decision-making and stewardship of public funds.
You’re recognised as an organised and collaborative team member, skilled at consolidating project data, preparing clear reports, applying risk and change control processes, and supporting governance frameworks. You are experienced in engaging stakeholders with differing priorities, managing documentation and ensuring alignment between scope, funding, and deliverables.
