About the Role:
Reporting to: Customer Service Supervisor
Employment Type: 6-month fixed term, full-time
Work Location: Auckland, New Zealand
This role will provide temporary support over a six-month period, assisting with customer enquiries related to space availability and booking requirements, while proactively addressing schedule changes to ensure suitable transport solutions are arranged.
The position will also monitor capacity across sailings, track bookings against targets, and ensure timely confirmation of any non-standard or late bookings prior to cut-off, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a short-term challenge and the chance to make an immediate impact.
