The Opportunity

Our Fielders business is looking for a Customer Service/Storeperson to join the team based in Bunbury, WA. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.

This position supports our branch operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. In this customer facing role we are looking for someone who wants to learn and is a team player. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role.

This is a permanent, full-time position. Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.

What Will You Do?

Working collaboratively with a small team, you will:

• safely load and unload our products on and off trucks
• accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer collection
• locate and organise the storage of products
• check picked orders, invoicing and branch transfers
• complete general filing of receipts and invoices
• process customer orders through accurate data entry
• provide housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse area
• assist the Warehouse Manager with periodic stock checks
• successfully contribute to a safe working environment

• experience within a stores/warehouse environment
• customer service experience
