You will own a portfolio of client accounts, build strong relationships, manage recruitment advertising spend, and translate data into actionable insights, partnering with Product, Development, Sales and Strategy to deliver multi‑channel strategies and measurable KPIs while educating clients on platform capabilities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or customer success in tech, exemplary communication skills, and a knack for cross‑functional collaboration, data storytelling, and problem solving. Willingness to travel in the UK, Europe and occasionally to North America; passport required. Reporting to the Director – Customer Success UK & EMEA, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with Appcast clients, managing their recruitment advertising spend and helping them maneuver and operate through Appcast’s software solutions and managed service offerings. This position will manage a portfolio of client accounts, building their expertise of client recruitment marketing needs and becoming an extension of their team. The Account Manager will work with clients to leverage Appcast’s data and strategic capabilities to deliver the results, serving internally as the client’s advocate and externally as the client’s true partner.
