This position can be based out of either our Waihi (North Island) or Dunedin (South Island) offices, working Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm, with every 2nd Friday off.
Reporting to the Data & Analytics Business Partner, this role will work to provide operational and administrative support for People & Culture (P&C) systems - ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and efficient delivery of P&C processes. Additionally, this role supports the maintenance, coordination, and day-to-day use of P&C systems, assisting the team with data, reporting, and system-related activities.
