Dunedin Venues Management Limited is seeking a highly organised Project Co-ordinator to support delivery of a diverse project portfolio across our venues. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll keep projects on time and within budget, coordinate between teams, contractors and stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, maintain accurate documentation and reporting, and assist with budget tracking, procurement and invoicing while helping with risk, compliance and health and safety. You’ll thrive in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented, and bring strong organisational and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bonus points for a project management qualification, PM systems experience, and knowledge of procurement or construction event environments.
