The Data Transfer Coordinator is responsible for handling electronic devices and operating servers daily while overseeing data transfer operations within an assigned region and globally as needed. This includes monitoring physical asset availability, ensuring process compliance, managing inventory via dashboards, and liaising with software, hardware, and logistics teams.
The role requires proactive communication with a broad range of stakeholders to coordinate efficient task execution, resolve customer queries, and provide regular project updates. Responsibilities include monitoring cloud-based data transfer processes, identifying inconsistencies, conducting routine system checks, and escalating issues when necessary.
As a key point of contact, the Data Transfer Coordinator collaborates with multinational teams to standardize global processes, drive discussions, and anticipate business needs. The role involves problem-solving, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and occasionally attending meetings outside of regular working hours.

Candidate qualification:

- Min. of 1-2 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting physical hardware;
- Tech savvy Knowledge about how to handle data center issues;
- Intermediary in Excel;
- Client Management experience would be a plus;
- Mandatory BGV clearance.
