Join our Data Center Operations team as an onsite intern reporting directly to the Data Center Manager In this hands-on role, you'll gain comprehensive exposure to data center operations while supporting our inventory management system, logistics coordination, and facility maintenance processes. You'll have unique opportunities to shadow seasoned Data Center Technicians, learning how critical facility environment's function while contributing to meaningful operational improvements. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Comprehensive report detailing the day-to-day responsibilities and functions of data center technicians in a critical facility environment 
  • Process flow documentation for inventory management and vendor coordination 
  • Presentation for end-of-program showcase highlighting key learnings and improvement recommendations
  • Gain a comprehensive 360° view of data center operations through structured shadowing, observation, and documentation, culminating in actionable insights for operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year technical/degree program
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Basic understanding of inventory management concepts 
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills 
  • Willingness to learn technical systems and processes 
  • Ability to work independently while following safety protocols 
  • Commitment to working onsite at our data center facility 
The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market. Final compensation will be based on your own individual skills, experience, and location.
