He kupu mō mātou | About usEstablished in 1881, our Edendale manufacturing site is New Zealand’s oldest dairy processing site and with 13 plants, we produce 14 million bags of milk powder each year for export and process up to 15 million litres of milk every day in peak season.
Mō tēnei tūranga | About the OpportunityReporting to the DC Operations Manager, you will be on the floor using your leadership experience to supervise and coach a great team of supervisors and Operators, driving a positive team culture, whilst keeping a strong focus on Health & Safety.
You will supervise day-to-day Distribution procedures and processes to meet and optimize operational targets, regulatory requirements, administrative systems and functional relationships. You will also ensure quality control and maintain product to tight customer specifications, while ensuring documentation is up to date.
As a People Leader you will plan and allocate work and resources, manage time and attendance systems and provide feedback on staff performance.
Mōu | About YouYou will have a passion for leading a team, continuous improvement and employee health and safety. Alongside your ability to communicate and relate to others at all levels, you have a strong eye for detail to ensure you keep an eye on quality control.
