Kavak is seeking a Dealer Relationship Executive: Auctions in Dubai to drive wholesale auction performance by managing dealer relationships and ensuring smooth operations that maximize sell-through. As a Dealer Relationship Executive – Auctions, you will play a key role in driving wholesale auction performance by managing dealer relationships, ensuring successful auction operations, increasing dealer participation, and maximizing vehicle sell-through. You will act as the primary point of contact for wholesale dealers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless auction process and an excellent dealer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily wholesale auctions and ensure smooth execution from vehicle listing to final sale.
• Enroll, develop, and maintain an active network of wholesale dealers across the UAE.
• Increase dealer engagement, participation, and active bidding through regular communication and relationship management.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing, Pricing, and Wholesale teams to prepare and list vehicles for auction.
• Ensure vehicles are accurately listed with complete information prior to auction.
• Monitor auction performance, bid activity, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Promote and manage dealer credit facilities, including onboarding eligible dealers.
• Coordinate with the Finance and Administration teams for payment follow-ups and collections.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure timely vehicle handover and delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for wholesale dealers, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution.
• Work closely with the Buying and Inspection teams to ensure vehicle quality standards and company SOPs are maintained.
• Maintain dealer records, auction reports, and performance dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve auction efficiency, dealer engagement, and wholesale sales performance.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational processes.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
• University Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in used cars, wholesale, auctions, or dealer relationship management.
• UAE/GCC automotive market experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Basic analytical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Experience working with online auction platforms or dealer management systems is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
