Pilot Flying J is seeking a full-time Deli Production Team Member in Charleston, MO to maintain an organized deli area, stock the hot case, prepare food to company standards and keep dishes clean. The role offers $15.00 to $18.75 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including free daily meals, health plans, PTO and a 401(k), plus opportunities to move into other roles within our travel centers and restaurants. Success favors a motivated self-starter who works well in a team, can lift 50 pounds and stand most of the day, and can flex to nights days weekends and holidays. Job Description

• Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area
• Monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items
• Prepare food to company standards by following process cards
• Clean and organize dishes and utensils

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
