Pilot Flying J is seeking a full-time Janitorial Maintenance member at the Charleston MO travel center. You’ll maintain cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, manage towels, perform light repairs, and keep areas trash-free while delivering service. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.13 per hour with weekly pay plus benefits including discounts, meals, health plans, PTO, and family leave. Ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who works in a team, can lift 50 pounds, and handles flexible schedules nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: prior cleaning or maintenance experience and basic repair know-how. Highlight reliability, customer service, and willingness to grow into other roles; military encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems
