Delivery Driver roles at Noel Leeming, part of The Warehouse Group, are full-time, on-site positions in Porirua with two weekly shifts available (Sunday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm or Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 4:30pm), 40 hours per week at $28.26 per hour. You will deliver and install whiteware in customers’ homes, be the last point of contact, and handle unpacking, installation, and disposal of packaging while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Training and a buddy are provided to support you. The role is physically demanding and requires a clean NZ driver’s license, good fitness, and a positive, proactive attitude. Job Description

Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!

The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.

As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!

We have x2 roles available:

1. Sunday to Thursday, 8am – 4:30pm 

2. Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 4:30pm 

It's 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $28.26/hr.

Qualifications

This is a physically demanding role requires someone with a good degree of strength, that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You’re someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you.

• Is physically fit and able
• Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work
• Understands the customers’ needs and can create a great experience for them.
• Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.
• Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional.
• Be responsible for the safety of yourself, others and the products when driving.
• A Full, clean NZ Driver’s License
