NiCE is seeking a Delivery Solution Architect to join the London team, a client facing role blending technical leadership, project guidance and business engagement to ensure best practice CXone delivery. You will review requirements, contribute to SOWs and Solution Design Documents, articulate deployment plans, and bridge delivery to R&D while maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate has five years in CX engagement, three years in technical or support operations, and one to three years with CXone; clear communication and API integration skills. Advantages include CXone certifications, CX analytics and journey orchestration, and experience across multiple regions. NICE-FLEX offers two office days, three remote.
