Delivery Supervisor role within Kā te Rama Switched On Group in Gisborne, responsible for supervising residential maintenance works to bring houses up to Kāinga Ora standards, coordinating trades, QA, invoicing, and stakeholder liaison in collaboration with Kāinga Ora, sub-contractors, customers and internal teams. You should be able to supervise multiple jobs, communicate authentically, and make informed decisions to hit tight deadlines; trade knowledge is a plus but not essential. As our new Delivery Supervisor, you will be working within the residential maintenance space to ensure that houses are up to the standards for our various programmes. You will be working alongside Kāinga Ora, our sub-contractors, customers, and internal teams to deliver on residential works.

You will need to have the ability to adapt quickly and work within a fast paced fluid environment as we work to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Duties include but not limited to:

  • Scoping of Kainga Ora residential properties
  • Managing and coordinating a variety of trades to ensure that work is carried out on time and to a high standard
  • Quality assurance of trades work
  • Invoicing of jobs
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally while providing a high level of customer satisfaction

 

Requirements

  • Trade knowledge preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to supervise multiple jobs concurrently
  • Ability to communicate authentically with our trades, customers, and client to ensure they understand the vision and outcomes
  • Experience running multiple projects at once and ensuring they meet the strict deadlines preferable
  • Ability to make informed decisions and juggle multiple priorities
