Australian Red Cross Lifeblood is hiring a 12 month fixed term Desktop Support Officer in Adelaide, on site Monday to Friday, to provide hands on 1st and 2nd line IT support across Windows, Office 365 and Teams, hardware and basic networking, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service. The role combines onsite and remote support and incident management, working with the onsite lead to resolve complex issues, with a base salary of 80-90k plus super and salary packaging.
