About the role

 

At Lifeblood, our teams rely on technology every day to deliver life-saving services. As an Onsite Services Officer, you’ll be the person people turn to when they need help and working face-to-face with end users to resolve issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly. 

Please note: this role requires the ability to be on site everyday to support our teams between Monday to Friday.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote support across 1st and 2nd level technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office 365, Teams and desktop environments
  • Support hardware, peripherals and basic networking issues
  • Manage service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution
  • Act as the key point of contact for end users, delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Work closely with senior team members (including your onsite lead) to resolve more complex issues
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills. You’re confident engaging with users face-to-face and love providing amazing experiences for the customer
  • Experience in onsite IT support or service desk roles (with strong hands-on capability)
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating environments with experience troubleshooting Office 365, Teams, desktop hardware and basic networking
  • Strong problem-solving approach. You’re resourceful and can work through both familiar and unfamiliar issues
  • Highly organised, process-driven and able to manage competing priorities
