Requirements MBBS or MD, specialist qualifications such as FRACP, FRACGP or FACCRM, unrestricted AHPRA registration with 10+ years’ clinical experience, and demonstrated leadership in governance, quality improvement or patient safety. As the Medical Team Lead for Amplar Health Home Hospital Transition Care Services (TCS), you will play a pivotal role in leading teams to deliver safe, high‑quality care to patients within the Transition Care Service.
